Most barbecue logos draw a clean, happy pig. This one wanted the opposite: a hog wallowing in it, thrilled about the whole situation.
The badge
The pig lies back in a mud pool with one trotter up, mid-laugh, fence posts leaning behind him. Everything in the mark carries the same joke. The type is spattered with mud, the "P" grows ears, and the "Y" ends in a curly tail.
Keeping the whole scene inside a soft cream backdrop turns it into a badge, so it can go on a bottle label, a menu, or a shirt without needing a separate container.
