Electricians sell trust. Harrison wanted a face that says "we know what we're doing" without the stock lightning bolt every other contractor uses.

01

The brief

An electrical contractor who needed one mark that works on a van, a hard hat, an invoice, and a phone screen.

02

What I did

A chrome-and-blue service robot with a glowing bolt on its chest, then the full lockup family: vertical, horizontal, half, and wordmark-only.

03

The result

Eight files that cover every place the brand shows up, including single-color versions for shirts and signage.

The character

The robot waves. That was the whole point. A machine reads as competent and precise, and the wave and the half-smile keep it from feeling cold. The bolt on the chest carries the trade without shouting it, and it repeats inside the "O" of the wordmark so the two halves lock together.

The lockups

A van needs a wide mark. A shirt pocket needs a tall one. An avatar needs the head. Rather than stretch one file, I drew the arrangement each format actually wants.

The wordmark

The type is a fast italic with a hard blue-to-cyan gradient, so it still reads at speed on a moving vehicle. Single-color blue and white versions handle embroidery, vinyl, and dark backgrounds where the gradient would fall apart.
